This Continuing Education course meets the requirements of the Oregon Real Estate Agency for 27 hours of eligible credit. It covers the essentials of real estate Contracts including Listing & Earnest Money Agreements, Options & Rights of Refusal, Leases & Lease Options, Escrow Agreements, and Land Sales Contracts. Also with the basics of real estate Agency including the law of Agency, Seller Property disclosure Requirements, Common Law and Statutory Agency Law, Dual/Single/Sub Agency, Buyer Broker Agency and Alternatives to Agency.
